What you can still do — and what nobody can do — if you lose your phrase.

If you can still open the app
Go to Settings → Recovery phrase, enter your PIN and write the words down now. You can also save an encrypted Google Drive backup.
If you can't open the app
- If you saved a Google Drive backup, import it with its password (I already have a wallet → Backup file).
- Without the phrase or a backup, the wallet cannot be recovered. CoinExle is self-custody: we never have your keys and cannot restore them.
Beware of recovery scams
Anyone who promises to recover your wallet for a fee is a scammer.
