Privacy Policy

CoinExle Wallet is a self-custody wallet. Your recovery phrase and private keys are created on your device, encrypted with your PIN and the Android Keystore, and never sent to us or anyone else. We cannot see, move or recover your funds.

• Your public wallet addresses (TRON, Ethereum/BSC/Polygon, Bitcoin) and a generic device type, so we can show service status and support you.
• Details of transactions you make in the app (hash, network, token, amount, addresses) for fee accounting and fraud prevention. These are already public on the blockchain.
• An invite code, if you enter one, and a salted hash of your IP address when you open an invite link (the IP itself is not stored).
• If you join CXL Rewards: your wallet address, a one-way hash of your phone's app ID (to give one welcome bonus per phone), whether the device looks like an emulator, a salted hash of your IP address, your check-ins and invites. This is used only to run rewards and stop fake accounts.

We do not collect your name, phone number, contacts, location or photos.

• Camera — only to scan QR codes of wallet addresses. Images are not saved or uploaded.
• Biometrics — optional fingerprint unlock, handled by Android. We never receive your fingerprint.
• Internet — to read balances and send transactions through public blockchain nodes.

To work, the app talks to public blockchain providers (TronGrid, public Ethereum/BSC/Polygon RPC nodes, mempool.space), CoinGecko for prices, 0x and SunSwap for swaps, and energy rental providers for low-fee USDT transfers. They receive your public address and the transaction you choose to make.

If you choose Google Drive backup, an encrypted file is saved to your Google Drive through Android's share menu. It is protected by a password only you know.

We keep the data above while the service runs. To delete it, use Settings → Delete my data in the app or the deletion form. Blockchain records cannot be deleted by anyone.
