- Never share your recovery phrase or private key — not with support, friends or "recovery services". CoinExle staff will never ask for it.
- Keep your phrase offline on paper, in a safe place. Don't store it in photos, chats or notes apps.
- Turn on fingerprint unlock in Settings → Security and use a PIN that is hard to guess.
- Check addresses in full before sending. Don't copy addresses from your history.
- Only install CoinExle from our official website or Google Play.
- Be careful with "too good to be true" offers, giveaways and people who contact you first.
