How to send USDT (TRC20) without TRX

Every USDT transfer on TRON needs network energy. Without it, the network burns about 6.5–13 TRX. CoinExle can rent that energy for you, so you can send USDT even with 0 TRX in your wallet.

Steps

1. Tap Send and choose USDT (TRC20).
2. Enter the address and amount, and make sure Cheap network fee is turned on.
3. Tap Continue. On the review screen choose Pay the fee with USDT or TRX — both amounts are shown.
4. Confirm with your PIN.

Good to know

• The exact service fee is always shown before you confirm.
• Paying in TRX is usually a little cheaper; paying in USDT works even with no TRX at all.
• Sending to an address that has never held USDT needs more energy, so the fee is higher.
• If the service is busy, turn the option off to pay the normal network fee.
